What is The Super Age?
Over the past two centuries, our planet has been changing from a place where most people were young to one where the number of people over sixty-five will be equal to the number of children. This transition is speeding up, all around us, pushing us into a new era that we've named “Super Age”, a sharply different place from the world we have lived in before.
The Super Age helps public and private-sector organizations understand this transition and prepare for a future where humans will live longer lives and have fewer children. This is a future where individuals will work longer - either because they want to or they have to - and remain active consumers years past the "traditional" retirement age.
